Our beers are fermented in traditional vessels using our
specialist strain of yeast and naturally conditioned in the cask

They contain NO artificial preservatives, flavourings or colourings

We aim to run a ‘public’ brewery, giving access to visitors on a drop in basis, so please feel free to call in and see what our brewer, Nik (the bear) Milo, is up to now (!)
