Cotswold Spring Brewery is a member of the Society of Independent Brewers Association (SIBA). SIBA aims to ensure that its members’ products are always of high quality and membership is conditional upon adhering to the Society’s Code of Practice and Bye-Laws.

Our brewery

We have our own purpose built wooden framed brewery building

The inside is fitted throughout with waterproof cladding for ease of cleaning and superior hygienic conditions

Our aim is to run a ‘public’ brewery, giving access to visitors on a drop in basis all week, so please feel free to call in and see what our brewer, Nik Milo, is up to now (!)

In the bottom picture you can see to the left our three fermenting vessels and our copper at the far end. To the right is a small conditioning tank, then the tall hot liquor (water) tank with the edge of the mash tun just sticking out at the end

Brewery Opening Times

Monday to Thursdays:    09.00 am to 5.00 pm

Fridays:                          09.00 am to 6.00 pm

Saturdays:                      10.00 am to 1.00 pm
