Every pint of beer starts life as a pint of water and most pints today start with mains water… So what?

That means it's probably been chlorinated, and - to give it the right balance of minerals and salts - "Burtonised" as well.

Well here at Cotswold Spring Brewery we can't be having with any of that.

We take our water straight from a natural spring that rises from a limestone escarpment.

It's pure and clean - the perfect ingredient for making the perfect pint.
